Medellin has the Aburrá Valley and its natural beauty makes it the ideal setting for hiking, zip-lining and horseback riding. Travel through the jungle to the Stone of Peñol and, climb the 740 steps to the top at the end there are unforgettable views.

I went to Colombia five years ago. I went to my family for a week. It was a nice trip, Colombia has a wet, hot and dry climate. The people are very friendly, nice.

Its main ingredient is corn and depending on the region where it is consumed, it can be white or yellow corn.
